Installation Instructions
1. Installation of R and associated packages
1A.Install the
R suite of statistical tools.
1B. Save the
aRT package, expand the file, and copy the directory to C:\Program Files\R\rw2011\library.
1C. Save the
sp package , expand the file, and copy the directory to C:\Program Files\R\rw2011\library.
1D. Save the
geoR package, and install the package using R ("Packages"->"Install packages from local
zip files").
