The Table Configurations Settings is used to change the default settings for Table. It is accessible throw Tools > Customize... > Table.

To change the default gray color at the table alternated lines, click  on Primary Color, choose the color and Apply to see the table with the chosen color (blue) as shown below.  To set the default color again unclick and click again the Alternate Row Colors.
