Main Release Features:

• A new plugin named "Fill Cells", to compute values for attributes of tables associated to cell type infolayers. The objective is to standardize information from various sources, in different formats (vector and raster data, in addition to other cell layers), by aggregating them in the same spatial-temporal base.
• A new plugin named "Digital Image Processing", that puts available many digital images processing functionalities already existent in TerraLib .
• A new plugin, named "TerraView  Plugin Generator", that makes automatic some necessary steps of the plugins creation process, allowing the developer to focus on the implementation of its functionalities.
