Requirements
R. 01 – Deve permitir a criação do Layer de células tendo outro Layer como referência (polígonos, pontos, linhas e raster); R. 02 – Para Layers contendo polígonos, deve possuir a opção de utilizar os polígonos como mascara para a criação das células; R. 03 – Deve exibir as dimensões do Layer de células que será criado (LLx, URx, LLy u URy); R. 04 – Deve permitir a escolha da resolução X e Y do Layer de células que será criado; R. 05 – Deve permitir a escolha da unidade de medida pela qual a resolução será calculada; R. 06 – Deve exibir a quantidade de linhas e colunas que serão criadas; R. 07 – Deve permitir a escolha de um nome para o Layer que será criado;
